London-based Los Angeles designer, Noelle Raffy, has been a leading freelance lingerie designer, costume designer, and fashion stylist for the past 8 years.
She was educated at Otis College of Art & Design and has an M.F.A. from Carnegie Mellon University (Costume Design).
